  6. At first glance, I was very excited to see these. I thought they were something you can paint. They're still cool, but not $75.00 cool.

  8. Whenever I see things like this, all I can think about is having to dust them... with all the little nooks and crannies, unh-unh...

With real plants, at least I can tell myself that they're gathering their own compost.

    They do look nice though...

  9. Claude- Yes, but with these you can swoosh them around in a bowl of hot soapy water to clean!!! Even let them soak a while!!! Thank God! I had forgotten about dust...amazing how quickly you want to forget about the negatives when you see something like this!!! I would not want to dust it here...we get so much flippin dirt flying around in the air!

  11. Julie - thanks for buying the raffle tickets from my blog! A big thanks from Ratbone! It's our once a year fundraiser but this is the best quilt yet. I wish you much luck. Hopefully the winner will be either you or me! Vickie

  12. At first glance, I thought you had found some bisque ceramics to paint up yourself. Personally, I think they look bland without colour but I'm sure would look super cool with modern decor and a painted wall as a back-drop.

  16. Julie,
I like them a lot, but with all my real cacti and deserty home accessories, a few more would be a bit too much. (You saw my art stuff on a previous post!) I get this catalog. I wonder how I missed them!
