From the leaves and flower shape, I think it may be a Caesalpinia regia, (Delonix regia) or, more commonly known as Royal Poinciana. Let me know if you agree. Aiyana

It looks like some kind of tropical plant and I know nothing about tropicals other than the most common houseplants.
