Beautiful mosiac work!

I walked into the main county library in PB, and they had recently refurbished it. When you first walk in, these absolutely stunning mosaics greet you. They appear 3D too!!! My phone whipped out immediately to share it with you all. WOWZERS!!!

  1. Nice! Especially the bug one! Reminds me... our main library here in Fullerton has been recently remodeled, and I have yet to set foot in there.

Off topic--Julie, I wonder if you could stop by my latest post and see whether you can identify one of my succulent houseplants for me. Thanks!

  9. They are gorgeous! Seems like it would be really fun to make a mosaic, maybe with torn bits of colored paper. :)

  10. Hi Julie, Just want to let you know I wrote a reply to your comment over on my blog about the succulent. Wasn't really sure whether to put it here or there! Thanks for stopping by and trying to identify it!

The big Nor'easter is hitting my backyard hard. It started snowing about 5 hours ago, and we have between 5 and 6 inches already, with no sign of any let up! Certainly brought our outdoor gardening season to a crashing halt!

Hope you're enjoying a nicer Halloween weekend!
