Candy Striped beauty!


How do you like this striped amaryllis? It is my Mom's...it opened up day before yesterday, and she has a red one about to open any day now! Aren't they just gorgeous? Hers are in pots outside and they just come to life every year. I really should give this a try (I have no amaryllis).

    Ours should be blooming in about a month... we grow them outside in the ground, they've been there about 10 years now...

    They are georgous aren't they? The scent is nice too...

    Love the peppermint stripe! I have a red-orange one that bloomed at work and now is leafing out. Good to know that I can grow it outside in a pot.
