I was walking Doozey this morning and found a few interesting containers...each had only one plant, but I thought they were photo worthy! First, a pot of Bougainvillea!
The Bougainvillea
So crisp, and bright and pretty
Love is in the air!
And a froggy filled with Australian Fern...how sweet!
Froggy, froggy, froggy-oh,
so cute and slimy green-oh
you can't hop away!
Here is a little collage, inspired by Soulbrush Collage...I am calling it "Peek a Boo, I see YOU"! In the shape of an Easter Egg...I may do more of these type collages for Easter cards!
Hope everyone has a wonderful upcoming week!
love the pot cntaining the bouggie
ReplyDeleteI've always been fond of Bougainvillea's, they won't bloom here though ;(
ReplyDeleteThat big terra cotta pot with the bouganvilla is fantastic. I love the things, but I just don't have any room for them in the winter...
ReplyDeleteLove bougainvilleas, just bought a yellow grafted standard at Home Depot and paid too much. I hope you had a great weekend, and I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your supportive comments. I am going to adopt a needy dog and start walking.

ReplyDeleteYour collage is great! I must finish mine. I went too big on my first attempt. Ha... It is my 10 acre mind working on that 1/4 acre again.
ReplyDeleteOooh, I love the bougainvillea. I just planted one at a client's house this past week. That one had orange flowers and variegated foliage.

ReplyDeleteI love the bouganvilla is nice but so messy- all the neighbors leaves end up at my front door! The froggie looks like it came from my house! I do like your collage!
ReplyDeleteBougainvilleas are always stunning with their colours! That looks like an Asparagus Fern in the froggie....very common here in Australia. Great collage too....I like your title ~ :)
