I figured tonight that I would take pictures of my dead Fittonias x 2, but it was too despressing. I am going to take a few cuttings of some stems that are still slightly viable, and get them rooted in water...so it's not ALL bad! I decided instead to post pics of my remaining houseplants that are actually thriving (and I really don't know why)!!! LOLOL!
First is a ??????? (I forgot...do you know?) in my fairy garden:
Then my Golden Pothos:
My lovely spider plant:
I have about 5 red poinsettia plants in pots since Christmas!
And my light green/white variagated, Marble Queen Pothos:
um, I think it is one of those plants that people smoke.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, your grandchidren are just adorable. That is such good news about your son!
Sue- LOL! I think I remember buying that one at Walmart!!! What a progressive store, eh??? LOL!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sweet comments on my grands...can't wait for them to get home!!!
I think that it's one of the aralias... not sure which one though.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what your plants are but the ones that are living look like they are doing well.
ReplyDeleteI like your lucky background! I have two indoor plants-I can't believe They have lived for over 3 years!
ReplyDeletethat is a false aralia...
ReplyDeleteyour plants seems to be doing pretty
good...
Lovely plants and your spider looks SO happy!!!
ReplyDeleteThe first picture is of a Dizygotheca elegantissima, or "false aralia."
ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing.... I have no idea what is could be. It's always tough to lose a plant, and inevitable I guess. My Bush Morning Glory shrubs are all blooming--what's left them. The blooms remind me of all the ones I've lost!
ReplyDeleteAiyana
Thanks everyone...I thought that top plant was some type of aralia...but wasn't sure of the variety, if it was!!! Now I know, it is a False Aralia! It is a cute little thing and I love it's sexy leaves!!!
ReplyDeleteI seem to remember a post about you saving a dracena (corn plant) Did that not make it?
