Fresh lunches!!!

I am so happy walking outside to get tomatoes, lettuces, and kale leaves to make my salad lunches this past week! Here is today's with added onion, red pepper, a sprinkle of grated mozzerella, and blueberries....it was soooo good....and soul satisfying that at least part was grown organically by me. Isn't it beautiful???? I feel so much healthier too (it really beats drive-thru chicken nuggets every day while I was working)!!! :)

I've been into eating more salads lately too but not nice and fresh like yours.

That looks sooooo good! Where do you live for goodness sake!? Two months ago I was told I was terribly allergic to yeast and mold so I had to stop eating anything with them and sugar (which feeds the yeast) So that means that everything I eat is mostly whole foods. I can't even have that salad dressing in your picture! It's been hard but I feel better and have lost quite a bit of weight! Wish I could have a great garden like you!
