Thanks, Julie! I bookmarked the page. I think it's a great idea to make ornaments as gifts for birdwatching friends. And like you said, the cakes won't melt in Florida like traditional suet cakes would.
Thanks Julie for the info. I have to say that if I get to making these bird treats, I think I will fully have crossed over to nerd birder....and that's not a bad thing:)
