Purple lantana???

I planted 5 of these plants behind the orange marigolds in the Halloween garden...are they lantana or what? I can't remember the name! What a dummy...I should have written it down. I think the leaves are different from the pics I see online of Lantana. It looks pretty with the orange...they are all blooming again now after the rains had washed all the flowers off. They seem kinda fragile.

That is Verbena, and no it is not fragile. Overwatering will kill it, make sure it has great drainage too. I love Verbena and have killed many!

This is a beautiful plant but I don't think it is a lantana. It seems like I have seen it before. Sorry I can't help you. It sure is pretty no matter what it is.

Could it be Verbena? Your plant portraits are so pretty. Thank you for all your encouragement when you visit my blog. It means so much.

Not sure Julie, but it might be verbena? I have done the same thing...planted something and either lost or tossed the tag.

It's beautiful, whatever it is! :)

It looks like verbena to me. The teeth on the leaves of my lantana are sharper looking than those, and it has more flowers in a cluster, smaller and closer together.

I'll bet it does look nice with the orange!
