Not too much new...

Doozey says hi! She looks kinda sleepy...hey, I am too! She stays up half the night with me, so I guess the poor girl is suffering as well.

Dono is so happy with these new Trio building blocks...found them on sale at Walmart, so bought several packs. We have built some really cool stuff. I see they have the whole Batman series in Trio ...I am thinking about his birthday coming up! He will be 6 on Dec. 28! Isn't he the cutest builder, EVER???

Latest development with the okra plants...something is munching holes in the leaves...only a few so far.

Here was a bug I found flying and landing on the leaves today. I don't think these guys are munchers...just flying about. I think the aphids are starting back again too...time to re-spray with Ecosense by Ortho.

I am busy every minute of every single day. I suppose it is a good thing...maybe it is keeping me young...or...most likely it is making me old. That's how I feel today, anyway. Tomorrow is back to work day. I'm not ready. Gotta get some sleep.....wish me luck. I am having a cup of Sleepytime Tea right now!
Goodnight!

Wasps are a good thing!

Looks like you have a wasp there. They often patrol plants looking for caterpillars and other bugs to feed their young.

If you don't see anything chewing up your leaves in the daytime, try looking at night with a flashlight.
(and report back to me) :P

Definitely looks like a caterpillar! I would love to see you outside at night doing the checking! LOL

Caterpillars? Do you get Praying Mantis there? I don't think it would be the wasps either.

Yep....that sure is one cute-looking builder ~ :)

It is a constant battle in the garden. Critters that eat my plants are grasshoppers, crickets and earwigs. Those are the main ones. Hope you find out what it they are. Your post on Tuesday on the Gloriose. What a beautiful flower. It is really gorgeous. Tell Doozey girl hi for me. Happy building with Donovan.
Have a great day Julie.

I am trying to get caught up with my reading since I returned home. I can't comment on every post but I couldn't resist these darling pictures of Doozey and Dono. Cheers...
