Hi Julie *hugs*
interesting....cactus poems...hmmmmm..

Would that be something like:

The night was rather thick and hazy,
and my eyesight was pretty crazy,
when I came upon a cactus with prickle.
And you know it didn't tickle,
when I yelped to my friend Triscuit,
And cut and baked myself a prickly pear biscuit!

And you see Julie thats how the prickly pear cactus biscuit came to be! Sorry...I couldn't resist. I did in fact plant one of my pear paws and I made the biscits again yesterday.
I have enough to try one more recipe and I will do that this week.
have a great week.
