Julie,
You asked if the Gaillardia I had in my garden was a perennial. Yes, it comes back year after year and is a very hardy plant! I love all the succulents below!

Hmmmm, not much pink and orange in your succulents I guess. Maybe you can find some exotics that will give you those colors. I like your sketch.

Neat drawing and great idea on your recycled sketchbook. I'm saving my cereal boxes for my craft projects too. They are the perfect thickness for some of my paper punches also. Have a great day.

Just read your comment on my blog. Hubby I think wants one of the reds, but the brindle are very pretty. For me I will take any one. Kathy, who is the breeder has some gorgeous brindle corgis. Hubby and I saw them last year at a local show where Kathy was showing her dogs and they all did well. She has a Pembroke that is sooo adorable and he reminded us of our Kelvin. His personality was too cute and his name is Mr. Darcy. She breeds both Cardigan and Pembroke's. So, now we wait and see where we are on the list to pick. I think there are seven of us.
Take care,
Bobbie Lynn

Sounds good to me! I once painted all of my bedroom furniture pink and ornage when I was a kid. I was ahead of my time...a trendsetter at 12!

You are just so talented, Julie..... Sketching or drawing is NOT one of my gifts... SO--I always admire those who can do it..... Do you journal also???? People these days are making all kinds of creative journals....

I like ORANGE --since I am a big University of Tennessee Vol Fan (and their colors are orange and white)...

Hugs,
Betsy
