Correction!

Well, well, well, unbeknownst to me, I found...listed between Hoodia and Huernia in my Succulents, The Illustrated Dictionary, are Hoya plants!!! They ARE succulent plants! OMG! How exciting! Learn something new every day! Check out the blooms on Earth Mothers Hoyas...she just posted them on her blog (see my links)!

I had a GORGEOUS variegated hoya plant that died in 2006 because it actually froze. As in froze solid and rigid in the winter. When it thawed it was squishy. Very very sad. *sniff*

I do want another one though.
